Looking for supportive friends who log daily!

Hi all!

I'm looking for supportive friends who will keep me accountable and force me to log every single day (and I'll do the same!).

I'm on a permanently gluten-free diet and I'm trying to eat lots of protein, veggies, and juice every day.

I'm 5'9, 24 years old and about 20 lbs away from my GW of 135!

  • I track everyday as well.... even when it's not pretty (ie. i went to the bar)! I also try to comment on peoples statuses everyday. Feel free to add me!

    I log daily and try to log at least 30 minutes of either walking or cardio per day as well~

    Add me! I took a month off, (from tracking but continue with the healthy eating and exercise) but I am back to tracking daily. Like you, I eat foods as close to their natural form as possible. No processed canned foods or sugars.

    I'm new & have been tracking for 1 week. I can see the benefits of tracking & being honest with my compulsions for food.
