Anxiety, Tension, Medication and Exercise

I have an anxiety disorder and most of the time it doesn't get in the way of my fitness routine. I have noticed lately that since my anxiety is up, my tension is high and I am not getting "loose". It prevents me from exercising, or it causes very sore muscles when I do. I know I probably should ask a qualified physician, but I am on a very low dose of Klonopin for my anxiety/panic, and wonder if anyone else sees it an issue if I am tense I can just take my medicine 30 minutes prior to working out. I swim, walk, elliptical and pracitice yoga moves, which sometimes is impossible when I am unable to move. Does anyone have any input or has had this issue?

Hi!
Im not sure i understand. Does your meds make you muscles feel tight so its hard to exercize if you take them before you exercize?
Or does your meds help you loosen up, so you wanna take them, before u excercize?0 -
