How to stay motivated

Anyone else out there have a problem staying motivated to workout and/or diet-eat clean? I know I do sometimes. I find joining workout groups online and locally help to keep my head in the game. I really like the Facebook groups, I think they work best. Daily assignments to keep you engaged and conscientious of what your eating and how your exercising. I'm in a FB group now and im loving it! Ive been eating clean and working out regularly and it shows in the results. You should try one, I guarantee it'll help you out!

    which FB groups..I haven't found a good one yet..that didn't try pushing products.
