My first day

I just signed up today and look forward to getting started learning how to eat better and making new friends. My goal is to maintain my current weight and to eat my meals consistently - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks, I am trying to track what I eat and log my exercise. I hope this will help.

It seems so hard to do but I'll continue to try.

    Welcome to MFP. Just take it one day at a time. I have learned in losing weight that you have to do it one step at a time. Also remember to not beat yourself up if you slip and have more than you planned to during a meal. It is just one meal and that won't hurt you in the long run.
