Well I have used "MyFitnessPal" for a week now and I love it. However, I am a diabetic and wanted to know if there is a way to change or update my totals. I am actually very good with my diabetes since being diagnosed with Type 2 over 2 years ago. My sugars are tight and in control. I've lost over 60 lbs and I keep going.
Thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Yes, you can override the automatically calculated counts. You have to go to Food/Settings/Goals and then you can change the setings to what your personal goals are. I did this to include Fiber counts on my diary and also increase my protein goals for the day based on what my nutritionist told me.
If you want to get more support, please friend me! Good luck!0
