I've had this weightlifting belt for at least 10 years. When I was at my peak powerlifting condition, I had to use the 3rd hole in from the pointy end. Later, when my weight went up even more, I was on the last hole near the pointed end. When you are powerlifting, you pull the belt as tight as possible too, so I was really squeezed in.

Yesterday I used the belt for squats, and used the very last hole, the smallest setting it could be, and it wasn't "powerlifting tight". There is at least 8-9" between the 1st and last hole. NSV for sure.

    Great job! It is always nice to get to a place that we have never been able to before. Keep up the great work and go buy a new weightlifting belt :drinker:

    They are way too expensive. I'll just break out my drill and make a new hole! :)
