I just started using mfp last week. Been logging daily since. Feel free to add. I've lost 80lbs over the last 3 years and would like to lose 20 more. Been paleo for over a year and just recently started experimenting with IIFYM. Could use support myself as well.0

Me too! I log daily (although am still not great at the weekends) but I need to keep track of the good, the bad and the ugly! Would love to have some more friends on here to keep me on the straight and narrow!0

I'm in about the same boat as you. 5'8", 29, 175 lbs, looking to lose at least 15-20. I have a girlfriend who is vegan, so I usually eat, gluten, dairy and soy free. Plus lots of veggies and protein. I log in daily so feel free to add me!0
