I lost my first 20 lbs, hooray!

23 lbs in 3 weeks. 5 lbs just this last week. Wow, I am so stoked. Started this journey 3 weeks ago to the day. I weighed 285 lbs and 3 weeks later 262 lbs, that's 23 lbs gone. Since I joined MFP I stopped drinking mt dew, started logging my calories (food) and got off my lazy *kitten* and started moving around. I personally don't eat back any calories. Although some people should. I Bought me a fitbit and been averaging over 17000 steps a day. My goal every day is 15k steps at least. I still cant see any difference when I look in the mirror yet. I'm going to lose 60 lbs for my first goal, so I look at it this way. 60 lbs is 20 lbs 3 times so the first 20 is done now 2 more to go. Sorry for all the rambling I'm just so excited!
