How bad would I be cheating myself if I didn't log fruits and veggies? Up until now I have logged every fruit and veggie I've eaten, but I hear so much about how so many don't. Thoughts?

Considering that my deficit is only around 400 calories a day and I eat about 250 calories of veggies and fruit a day, it would be huge for me to not log them.0

Today for fruits and veggies I have logged:
1 banana - 105
1 cup spinach - 10
Mixed bell peppers (1/4 cup) - 12
1/3 cup strawberries - 16
1 cup green beans - 40
1 cup broccoli - 52
That's 235 calories potentially unlogged. That would undo my entire deficit for the day if I ate at my calorie goal otherwise. So yes, you should log fruits and veggies. Especially fruits as they are higher in calories.0 -

All of the above. If you eat it, log it.0 -
Agree with previous responders. I eat at least 250-300 calories per day in fruits and vegetables. Too many calories to not log them.0
