Cereally now

How bad would I be cheating myself if I didn't log fruits and veggies? Up until now I have logged every fruit and veggie I've eaten, but I hear so much about how so many don't. Thoughts?

Considering that my deficit is only around 400 calories a day and I eat about 250 calories of veggies and fruit a day, it would be huge for me to not log them.
  • Today for fruits and veggies I have logged:
    1 banana - 105
    1 cup spinach - 10
    Mixed bell peppers (1/4 cup) - 12
    1/3 cup strawberries - 16
    1 cup green beans - 40
    1 cup broccoli - 52

That's 235 calories potentially unlogged. That would undo my entire deficit for the day if I ate at my calorie goal otherwise. So yes, you should log fruits and veggies. Especially fruits as they are higher in calories.

All of the above. If you eat it, log it.

Agree with previous responders. I eat at least 250-300 calories per day in fruits and vegetables. Too many calories to not log them.
