Unbloatify!

Hi all! This isn't my first time at the rodeo with MFP, but I figured I'd ask for some advice. I have a graduation ceremony Thursday and I need to fit into my service dress pants nicely (this wouldn't be an issue if i were allowed to wear my damn skirt...), but I've been avoiding them because I've put on a good amount of weight since they were issued to me.
Clearly, I cannot lose weight by Thursday, but I could do things to debloat/stay unbloated. That plus some control-top pantyhose should get me through this fiesta.
Do you have any ways to get rid of bloaty water retention? What are your secrets for fitting into things that CLEARLY were made for you 15 pounds ago?
