Always Hungry!

I've got the last 6 weeks doing wonderfully! I've lost 15lbs all together, and had little trouble staying under my 'limit' in calories... My sodium has been horrible, but I've been working hard on that... ANYWAYS
The past five days I have been constantly hungry. I've been drinking my water, and my diet hasn't changed. I've been eating just like I was the past 6 weeks. I feel full after my meals but it lasts for maybe an hour? Perhaps two if I'm lucky... Eating a light snack between meals - even two depending on the day - is not helping. I still feel like I'm starving. I mean I know I'm not, I know I'm fine and eating a healthy amount, but my stomach begs to differ.
So what's up? Any suggestions? I've been making sure to add protein in where I can without going crazy... So other than protein, lemon water, and green tea with raw honey... What should I be doing here???

When I get hunger pangs that can't be fought with extra greenery, I rely on sugar-free jell-o. A serving is only 5 calories, so you can down an entire 2 boxes of the stuff for practically free. It takes up a ton of space, so it feels very filling.

I can't see what your calorie intake is because your settings are private, but given you have now lost 16lbs (well done!) and are potentially exercising more you may need to re-visit your targets? It might be you can afford to add in some additional calories to your daily intake.... in which case eating more is a good thing!

Not always the case but always worth re-running the numbers just to be sure :). If not keep doing what you are doing, it is obviously working for you!

I don't know if this your problem but when I eat food containing gluten I never feel satisfied. When I quit eating gluten I feel satisfied for a long time. I am definitely sensitive to it even though I don't have celiac.

Getting ready to start or currently on your period?

And when I get that hungry hungry hippo feeling like I can't get enough food... I eat more. Like a big salad just to get that feeling or eating a lot. Also I tend to do this anyway if my day allows it eat as often as possible. Like eat half my protein bar now and the other half and 30 minutes. Also try to drink water or chew gum
