Hi all,

I've been using MyFitnessPal to calculate my dietary and exercise bits and bobs for a while now, but I've seen what a great sense of community there is here too.

If anyone would like to add me to help spur me on, (I'll do the same for you) share recipes/tips, please do! Its not as easy to make friends as an adult as it is when you're little, so lets prove the world wrong! :)
