I am in. I confess, I did not do yesterday's mini-challenge after signing up; I just plain forgot! So, I will do that one as well for a double-dipper. I did circuit training and 1.4 mile run yesterday, so I don't feel like a failure for missing, just a dummy!0

Everything moves more especially when you start losing and the extra overcoat is bouncing. My legs and arms are doing great but my whole torso needs work.0 -
