Hi guys,
I'm 23 and lazy, lol. I need help on the motivational side of getting fit. I'm the kind of person that needs a kick to get moving, lol. I don't eat very often but when I do it's always a bad pick. What I want is to lose 40 lbs then start strength training to increase muscle mass. I started Shaun T's Rockin Body for some fun cardio this week to start dropping the lbs. Don't know if that is the right way to go at it so let me know if it is not.

I can understand your pain. I have been with MFP going on 4 weeks and my biggest problem is going to the gym twice a week like I had planned. Writing down my meals regularly have helped me stay on track food wise and avoid overeating. The good news with keeping a daily log of foods that I have lost 3.8 lbs and my goal is a half a pound per week (realist).
Focus on portions for food and regular eating dailys this has helped me. Start weight training now and ask for advice from a professional training.0
