300 JUMPING JACKS!

300 is a lot! Break them up if you need to!

    I am in. I confess, I did not do yesterday's mini-challenge after signing up; I just plain forgot! So, I will do that one as well for a double-dipper. I did circuit training and 1.4 mile run yesterday, so I don't feel like a failure for missing, just a dummy! :embarassed:

    So funny MissChuchi, ;-) and it's not just the butt.
    Everything moves more especially when you start losing and the extra overcoat is bouncing. My legs and arms are doing great but my whole torso needs work.
