It has about 148 calories per bottle and it makes me very happy :blushing:0 -
I don't really eat snacks that are under 200 calories, but I do love pop-chips - 1 bag is 100 calories. My cookies and milk is around 200 calories at night time.0

You can usually find low calorie packets of hot chocolate, from 20-80 calories, with calcium
Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (30 calories) and it will taste absolutely wonderful<3
Other than that I usually measure out a 1 cup serving of my favorite cereal and eat it dry as a snack, since it usually takes me around 30 minutes to eat it. A filling cereal high in fiber you could try is Go lean (140 calories) or, my all time favorite, Go lean crunch (190 calories). But usually I stick to Honey Bunches of Oats for its high iron content, the honey roasted or fruit blends are usually around 160 calories for 1 cup.
If you're craving ice cream I've also seen many low calories alternatives in the store, such as Arctic Zero's 150 calorie pints (The cookies & cream is my favorite).
Hope this helps0 -
Low calorie hot chocolate I great for curbing chocolate cravings! I drink water based highlights or options brand (uk).0

Half a piece of toast with 2 tablespoons of Jif Whipped Chocolate PB.0

Low-fat cottage cheese with honey and nutmeg. Or baby carrots with 40g guacamole.0

LOL I think your point was made!0 -
My favorite low calorie snack is "waiting and saving the calories to make my next meal bigger because it's OK to feel a little hungry sometimes and a small snack wouldn't satisfy me anyway."0
-
I'm obsessed with apples and bananas so I eat them after a meal or when i need something to chew on.0
-
0% fat greek yoghurt!0
-
Popcorn and Kind bars are my most common snacks (taste great + high in fiber).0
-
I love sugar free pudding made with skim milk, depending on flavor and brand it's about 70 cal per 1/2 cup serving. I can have 2 servings (1 cup) of cold creamy yumminess for less calories than a 1/2 cup serving of light icecrem.0
-
Reese's pieces and popcorn. Definitely.0
-
Fruit, walnuts, or decent red wine.0
-
homemade hummus and veggies
if i have a major sweet tooth and I don't want to wreck any of my fitness efforts I will have two rice (apple cinnamon) rice cakes with a smear of apple butter
frozen banana with a tsp of natural peanut butter, stick in the food processor and it will turn it into a custard-like consistency. Packed with potassium and protein.
sliced cucumbers
greek yogurt with some fresh berries, okay to add a little honey if not sweet enough to taste0 -
I love eating 100 calorie bags of popcorn, some mixed veggie's with french onion greek yogurt dip, a rice cake with peanut butter and a banana on it (I use PB2 powder), a bowl of watermelon, etc.0
-
Cheerios! I love dry plain cheerios so much. 1 cup is only 100 calories. That's for the plain kind though, which I prefer over the honey nut kind. The honey nut kind goes up to 110 calories per 3/4 cup.0
-
Apples!0
