Hi
I have just decided to do this myself with out the help of LIGHTER LIFE They wanted £66 a week for there soups and shakes. I made an appointment to go but then suddenly though i dont need to to hand over that amount of money, i can do it myself. So after trawling the net i found this site so here goes
