I'm obsessed with apples and bananas so I eat them after a meal or when i need something to chew on.0

0% fat greek yoghurt!0
-
Popcorn and Kind bars are my most common snacks (taste great + high in fiber).0

I love sugar free pudding made with skim milk, depending on flavor and brand it's about 70 cal per 1/2 cup serving. I can have 2 servings (1 cup) of cold creamy yumminess for less calories than a 1/2 cup serving of light icecrem.0

Reese's pieces and popcorn. Definitely.0
-
Fruit, walnuts, or decent red wine.0
-
homemade hummus and veggies
if i have a major sweet tooth and I don't want to wreck any of my fitness efforts I will have two rice (apple cinnamon) rice cakes with a smear of apple butter
frozen banana with a tsp of natural peanut butter, stick in the food processor and it will turn it into a custard-like consistency. Packed with potassium and protein.
sliced cucumbers
greek yogurt with some fresh berries, okay to add a little honey if not sweet enough to taste0 -
I love eating 100 calorie bags of popcorn, some mixed veggie's with french onion greek yogurt dip, a rice cake with peanut butter and a banana on it (I use PB2 powder), a bowl of watermelon, etc.0

Cheerios! I love dry plain cheerios so much. 1 cup is only 100 calories. That's for the plain kind though, which I prefer over the honey nut kind. The honey nut kind goes up to 110 calories per 3/4 cup.0

Man you have more patience than me. In this case I just tell people to do a search, lol, no way I'd do it myself0 -
Low fat strawberry pop tart
Sugar Free 10 calorie jell-0
2 slices of white wheat bread with I can't believe its not butter spray, toasted, 1 slice with cinnamon sugar, the other with reduced sugar welch's concord grape jelly.
Those are my favorites0 -
My favorite low calorie snack is "waiting and saving the calories to make my next meal bigger because it's OK to feel a little hungry sometimes and a small snack wouldn't satisfy me anyway."
This. I do intermittent fasting and one thing it has taught me is to identify the difference between hunger, thirst, and a craving. I realize now that before in my fat days, I was eating when I was thirsty or lacking something in my diet, such as fruit (sweet) or vegetables (salt). Never going back to those days.0 -
I love the Fiber One Chocolate Brownies. Only 90 calories and has 5 grams of fiber and tehy are delicious!
They were on sale last week and I bought 3 boxes. They taste OK but they are so tiny! Looks like they divided a regular 270 calories brownie in three and said "here's your 90 calories brownie!". I won't buy them again.0 -
Any Skinny Cow ice cream treat, New York Bagel Crisp in the Sea Salt flavor and Honey Crisp apples. Of course, none of those are ingested until I meet my protein goals for the day!0

My favorite low calorie snack is "waiting and saving the calories to make my next meal bigger because it's OK to feel a little hungry sometimes and a small snack wouldn't satisfy me anyway."
I do this usually during the day. I eat hardly any calories and save the majority for dinner.0 -
Apples!
Love apples! Its good if you slice them up, sprinkle some stevia and cinnamon on it and microwave for a few mins. Tastes like Apple pie0
