New to MFP, but looking forward to great results. I was doing another wl program, figured there had to be something that I did not have to pay for. I think this will keep me more honest.
Anyway....I am 40ish in Texas. Have about 100 pounds to loose. Really need to make this work. Any friend/support/motivation is much appreciated.
Go Team!! lol

I just got started as well. I'm 35, 218 lbs and want to lose ~30 lbs. I'm trying to keep my caloric intake to 1700 calories a day. I am using slim and sassy as an appetite suppressant to help me curb my sugar cravings. I also am doing a trim shake once a day as a meal replacement. Hoping to get to 200 by early December.
What's your strategy?0
