I eat toooo much

Hello everyone, I'm new people here, and I came to the UK three months ago, I'll stay here for two years. I never cook by myself, just brought ready food from supermarket or takeaway, and I like them. I have never controlled my diet so far, actually, it was over controlled, I eat double meal since I came here. then I got 7 Ibs within 3 month!!! So I start to lose weight now.

It sounds like the issue may not be how much you eat but what you eat (processed, convenience foods) versus more nutritious foods. You can enjoy whatever you want in moderation. Just be aware that some foods will put you over your calorie needs more quickly (and less nutritiously or satisfyingly) than others.0
