Morning!

Still headachey today. . .but hopefully by this afternoon I'll be up for spinning.

Also, I'm apparently doing yoga at home today, as my husband has expressed interest in learning the bikram poses (!)

    Just back from a 3 mile brisk walk...

    Today's plan...
    -lots of water
    -pilates this afternoon
    -maybe a short walk after dinner

    Yeah for yoga converts! I'm a big yoga pusher. My father and husband are complete converts now. I'm working on my brother who is quite flexible and plays hockey - and is always hurting himself!

    Yesterday we had a sub in strength training (not my normal ST class, but the easy morning one) and she was tough. It was good though. I would rather push myself than go through the motions. No one but husband came to yoga class last night, so we just did an hour, but I made it extra tough.

    I'm a little stuffy today. Probably had a cat on my face last night. I plan on walking and maybe elliptical today.

    I'm up a pound :angry: It's probably from the past two weeks and not this week where I'm counting calories again. It's going to make it harder to get to my goal. I'm really at a loss - I don't know how to start the losing again.

    Mary- don't worry about the weight fluctuating. I find I go up before I go down again. I was at 147 about a week ago, then back up to 150 all this week. My guess is I'll probably see 145 next week. Patience my love! You have come too far to get frustrated now! :flowerforyou:

    I intended to spend one hour on upper and one hour on lower body, but somehow turned into two hours on upper & abs. I guess I can't complain. I need to run, but think I'll go home and do it on my hilly course rather than on the track here at school.

    Wow, two more weeks before my summer officially ends. I don't know where the time has gone. I'm looking at 5 weeks from today till I head to Myrtle Beach for competition... I really need to push extra hard for these last few weeks. I'll take all the encouragement I can get!

    I think im going to ride my stationary bike again. Gonna try to burn between 200-300 cals!

    Hi Ladies,
    I wish I had time to comment on everyone's posts but I don't. I will be doing good to get my work out in!
    I am going to try to do 45-60 minutes of Taebo again. We may even go roller blading again tonight if there is time. My hubby has been doing pushups and situps every morning ( I am SO proud of him! He hates any kind of exercise.) so that has been an encouragement to me to keep going. I get kind of competitive. I've been doing this longer than he has but I know he will probably get in shape faster!
    I lost two pounds! Of course it's the same two pounds I've been losing for four months now!!!! But maybe since I am sticking I will make it to 144! I can tell a difference after a week, even though I wish it was a bigger difference. Oh well, It will come.

    Good afternoon ladies:flowerforyou: Just got home from the beach with my little one. He kept me going the entire time-from the playground to the water and back and forth for four hours. That must count for something extra to eat???

    I did Turbo Jam again this morning. I think I'm finally getting the hang of it. :wink:

    Down 2.5 lbs for this week!!!

    Completed 4 miles today of brisk walking. walked for an hour at grant's farm, but nothing will allow you to calsulate the calories burned from standing in the hot sun for three hours:cry:
    Doing well with calorie intake today:smile: LOTS of water!:drinker:

    I did the Fat Burning Taebo amped DVD with a bar (not THE bar just a bar I had in the garage.), and I can't believe what a difference even my unweighted bar made. The bar probably weighs less than a pound but it really made me focus on my abs more and my arms are sore! I should use the bar more often! I won't use it when my boy is awake though. I would probably hit him on accident. Anyway, I just had to tell you all!:happy:
