My SW was 110kg's- hard to imagine now that i ever weighed so much.
Over the past 12 months, i have lost 32kgs
CW 78kgs. I want to get down to 74 (70 would be amazing but im being realistic).
I'm still working on not seeing myself as a fat girl anymore.
anyway, exercise and clean eating has changed my life and i want to live this way for the rest of my life.
Motto: look after your body, because everyone deserves to feel this good :)
