Game day help

Hi all,
I am very excited as I am going to watch the Texans on Sunday. I have never seen a live game before and am worried about the temptations and lack or healthy food available. What do y'all do about food? I am going to the Breakfast Klub on Friday so don't really want another day off.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I always pack my own food, if i go to places. Its not that hard, and it keeps me on track for my goals.0

I spend lots of time at stadium events and it does make for tough days. But...doable. I work out hard in the morning, try to have only every other beer I want, and make the best food choices I can. I normally eat before going into the stadium and lots of places have choices that can be reasonable but quantity becomes the biggest factor. There is a lot of walking, cheering, clapping, etc involved so you get a great burn too. Just don't over indulge and it will be fine.0

See if you can look online at what options the stadium has. Some have salads, grilled chicken, etc. Try to plan out ahead what you want and stick to it. If you drink beer, plan for that as well.
I know myself I can't resist ball park hot dogs, so I have to plan for one, and maybe some popcorn.0 -

Maybe ring them as you might not be able to take in food in such in some places. I just sneak it in haha. They way i see, if they don't supply food that can meet what i need then i have every right to bring my own.0
