How many calories would you count for 1/2 of a chicken breast?

    Chicken breasts vary wildly in size. If you don't weigh it it's very difficult to estimate.

    A piece of chicken roughly the size of a pack of playing cards is 3-4oz or somewhere between 80-100 calories, but that's very imprecise. Weigh your food if you really want to be correct with your estimations.

    To be precise you need to weight the piece of chicken and also account for the Oil or butter or whatever it is you will use to grill it

    I buy my chicken at costco and some of them are 9-10 oz. While some regular store bought chicken breasts are 5oz. It makes a difference
