Since everyday brings you a series of moments and choices within those moments...What motivates you to make the "right" choice? Who or what inspires you? Why are you choosing one way versus the other?
Today, in this moment, I am choosing my life and life longevity. What I want for future moments to come is curbing my choices today.

It makes me feel good. No one inspires me, I just know that in a world where disease is high making the right choice is crucial to keeping myself healthy.0

I tell myself that I am the way I am because I made the same mistake every day in the past. That's enough to motivate me at each meal to make the right choice. If I want to look and feel different, I have to make different choices and always weigh my outcome.0

I remember how I felt at 265 and realize I do not want to be back there again. If I forget I carry a few weights around for awhile or put ankle weights on and realize how tiring and counter productive the extra weight is.0

One thing that inspires me is when I look at my former pictures on my desk at work and know that when I see others around me making poor food choices I want to make the right ones. I have a suit on in one picture that was snug and tight when I sat down and now I had to give it away. I don't want to return to that bad way of eating. I feel really great and am really grateful for my healthier choices.0

I'm currently motivated by how it will feel to be able to wear my new dress without my tummy creating a bump!
I am choosing to eat healthy to a) continue to lose weight as I love how I feel the smaller I get and b) I felt terrible when I did little exercise - but its kinda a nasty circle for me : eat bad food -> don't feel like exercise, don't exercise -> feel sluggish -> eat calorie dense food in an effort to perk up.....0 -
For me, it's the fact that I worked hard to lose the weight I've lost and I want to keep it off! I feel better inside and also feel more comfortable in my body with the weight off.
I regained about 10 of the 30 pounds I lost (due to poor choices and eating my feelings), so I'm now working on getting those off again. I keep reminding myself how much more comfortable I was getting dressed in the morning, working out, having sexy time (important!) when I had that weight off. For me, that is my motivation!0 -
I saw a program on channel 5 last night paid to be fat, it made me more determined than ever and happy to be skint!0

I've worked hard to figure out what works for me and what will help me to become - and stay - fit & healthy. It is a wonderful feeling.0
