    That happened to me at the gym once ... it was one of the personal trainers looking for his next new victim (I mean client) that he had not met.

    Yep people are strange, tell the staff if you are really werided out, but other than that move on

    Seriously, I never have problems like this. Maybe because I project an intimidating demeanor. Strange men are loathe to approach me, for they know I will eviscerate them with the power of my mind if they look at me cross-eyed. So, my advice is to always project an aura of menace. :bigsmile:

    I was workout out yesterday at the planet fitness gym.
    Some creepy person that I dont know came up to me & said are u alexandra , & I said noo.. but the person came back again ask the
    same question it freak me out. So I told this creepy person f*** off & leave me the f*** alone.
    What should I do...

    Post a topic on MFP about it. .

    Since it is Planet Fitness and their mantra is No intimidation. Tell the manager. I would suggest telling the manager that it has happened anyway, even if is not current. I would bet they would like to know that because that person is probably doing that to others.

    I think you might be over-reacting...but of course we can't tell just how creepy he was. If he bothers you again I would tell the staff.

    Wear your music earphones. Smile like you don't know what they said and keep working out. The beauty of being my age, 64, is I am "invisible " to anyone so no one bothers me.
