hey everyone,
i had a few questions about my tdee.
im 20 years old, female, 157 pounds, 5'5', BMR is about 1540 my goal weight is 130, and have already lost 70, but then i plateaued.
im not sure what to set my activity level to? i do turbo fire 6 days a week, all 6 are cardio and 3 are weight lifting i burn an average of 500 calories doing that. i am a full time college student as well, so i want around campus some. i also take my dog for a walk, weather permitting, a few days a week, and burn about 200 calories doing that.
i consume about 1800 calories a day and im still in a plateau, so i dont think 1800 is enough. I decided to do my tdee and its about 2656 calories a day, so 20% is about 2100 calories a day.
heres my question, would i only be losing 1 pound a week or two? i would be netting about 1600 calories and that is a 1000 less than i burn. or is my exercise already figured in?
help???
and one more random quick question, would 2% milk be okay to drink everyday to help me meet my calorie needs?
thanks in advance!!!

I would say that upping your calories is a good idea to help fuel your workouts. And yes, 2% milk is fine--great anabolic food in fact. Up your calories for a few weeks and see what happens. Also, make sure you are eating enough protein (1g/lb is a good general guideline)0

Exercise is already calculated in your TDEE if you've made the right selections when you did the calculations.0
