Turkey Vegetable Soup: High fiber and protein, low sodium:)

1 Container Ground Turkey (I used Butterball Ground White 97% fat free)
Two cans of veg all no salt added mixed vegetables
1 Can stewed Tomatoes
16 oz can of tomato sauce (I used hunt's tomato sauce--no salt added)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground turkey
Mix veggies, tomatoes and tomato sauce in a large pot, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
drain ground turkey and add to pot, let simmer for about 15-20 minutes
1 serving equals a cup @ Calories: 177; Carbs: 20; Fat: 2; Fiber: 5
