http://i.imgur.com/XIXvYE1.jpg this me (well my body).
You see I'm skinny and all but I don't exercise and 50% eat healthy, as in I don't try I just equally enjoy junk and health food. When I weigh myself I'm 115-125 on any given day and a whopping 5 feet tall. My problem is my lower stomach. Look how I have a flat stomach by the front but then it curves! Idk maybe it's a deceiving picture because when I wear dresses or half shirts you definitely can tell the curve and it does NOT look good. That being said I don't want to lose my boobs in the process...Will I since it's fat? IDK I JUST WANT MY TUMMY FLAT. I also want to be able to see my hip bones more which I assume will happen once I get rid of that curve I have at the bottom of my stomach (and get rid of the bit of fat on my waist but that's definitely a genetic thing having a big waist lol).
Side note I'm porcelain white (absolutely no tan)..would that somehow make me look fitter if I got a tan? lol

Whether you lose your boobs or not depends on your own body, I think. I lose too much of my boobs to get my lower abdomen flat, but it's the absolute last thing to go. My watch gets loose before that, and I don't have fat wrists, lol.
If you don't ever do any ab work, that can help to a certain extent. Lower abs are often weak in folks who don't work out, and you can make them tighter. You can't spot reduce, so the fat won't go any differently than fat in general.
It looks like you might have a bit of a posture/structural thing going on, though. You might do well stretching the lower back and strengthening your lower abs. Stretch and strengthen (do both) your hip flexors, too. That could help the appearance a lot if your pelvic tilt has been off.0 -

I apply pressure on the front of my foot not on my heel like I'm supposed to if that's what you mean! lol. I'm also bow-legged0 -
There, Fixed it!
Definitely work your core. A weak core can cause all kinds of problems with back and balance down the road. Pilates and Yoga are great at strengthening the core, as is good old fashioned planks. If you don't want to lose any body fat, just eat at maintenance and you'll maintain your current weight.0 -

It could go down to your feet; my PT could tell you, lol. But you look like you have a shortened spine (posture) at the back like when folks get a pelvic tilt due to tight muscles (etc) there. That would mean your abs are loose. So you'd be needing stronger lower abs to keep your pelvis pulled up more in front a bit. It might take some stretching of the back, so strengthen one side and stretch the other and it should help
Overall core work, including the back, would be great. You can always stretch and strengthen both sides and know that you are doing well. Just don't skip the back! Or the front0 -
Thank you both! And thanks for 'fixing' the picture lol I'll know how to do it next time!0
