If you are really watching your carb, protein, fat split and can allow for a fair amount of each, this is my new favorite creation (I'm sure it's been done before but it's new to me
)
- Green leaf lettuce, as much as you'd like
- 1 whole fresh peach, cut into chunks
- 4-8 oz grilled chicken breast (depends on your calorie requirements)
- 1/2 - full serving of blue cheese dressing (I use full fat since I've got the fat space in my nutrition plan)
Shake it together in a tupper ware and YUMMY!! Such a mix of flavors!!

That sounds good, can you substitute spinach for the leaf lettuce?0
