      Made it this week -we all loved it! Will be going on our meal planning rotation. I used ground turkey instead of the ground beef

      I would substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef since I no longer eat red meat...

      This is really good! It smelled and tasted just like a big mac. I cut the recipe down to only 4 servings, so we would not be tempted by leftovers. I will definitely be making this again for an occasional treat!

      BUMP! i used to work in a mcdonalds, and at home i sometimes make a gluten-free version of mcdonalds chicken sandwiches for me and my fiance (coeliacs - cant eat gluten) and i had no idea how i'd make anything else, but this recipe looks great: obviously with a couple tweaks to make it gluten free. Thanks for this!
