2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
6 oz. Light Greek Yoghurt
1/4 cup almond milk
Orgran No Egg (or a real egg!)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Mix this all (minus the PB and chocolate chips!) in a blender / processor. Pour into a 8X8 brownie pan. Melt the peanut butter and drizzle on the top then sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Bake for about 20 min at 180 degrees. :)
They're not cakey but very light and fudgy. YUM!

You're welcome!

If anyone uses this recipe I have added it to the database under 'Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies'. DELCIOUSNESS and a guilt-free way to kill a choc-PB craving!

Thanks for sharing. Is there anything better than peanut butter and chocolate?
