After reading all the success stories on here about heavy lifting I'd eventually like to get into that....but for now I want to start with what I can do at home with a DVD. If anyone has some good suggestions I'd appreciate it, thanks!

Thanks! Which DVD? The one I saw on Amazon was 109$!

Anyone else? Or any advice on lifting at home if I can't find a good DVD?

I love the kettle bell workouts. Bought the set (I think there's 5 DVD's) at Sports Authority for $40 bucks or so, I think.

Or check Youtube!!! Seriously - LOTS of personal trainers and fitness buffs there posting workouts.
  • Beachbody Body beast 89$ for 12 workouts. Great programs, really works!
