Failing at staying under my calories, need help

I have lost 13lbs in 2 months with only eating right and staying under my calories. Now after I eat my calories I cant but help I'm starving. Like stomach cramps, feels like I haven't eaten all day. Idk what's wrong with me. In four days I've gained 2 lbs back ): Please tell me something will help with the hunger. I normally eat 1,880 for nursing calories and to lose 1.5lbs a week. Popcorn and water do not help, idk what to do ): Help please.

Have you considered changing your goal? 1.5 lbs/week is very aggressive.

You might up your calories to 1 pound loss/week instead. Also, do you eat back your exercise calories?

Maybe I will start putting it at 1lb a week. I was fine then all the sudden this past week I'm just hungry /: I started exercising but I couldn't focus on both lol. I think first I'm going to try to learn to eat better and help my body understand hungry and bored, than bring in exercise.

You mentioned nursing -- maybe the baby's going through a growth spurt and demanding more milk, so you need more calories to keep up with him/her?

This is what I thought as well.

Don't think of exercise as something you "have" to do, think of it as something you "get" to do. I used to dread my workouts. I changed my schedule and how I approach it and now it's the best part of my day. I find myself thinking about my next routine, especially when I don't feel like working (like now).

Make sure that you are getting enough protein and fiber. Those are the most satisfying. Pay attention to your cravings. You are hungry for something in particular. That's your body telling you that you are missing something vital. Don't fight it, work with it.

And mostly, don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes your body just needs to rest and reorganize itself to its new size.
