Hi Looking For Help And Support I started Working Out Earlier This Year and I've 50lbs so far I'm down to 370 But Not Matter What I Cant Lose Anymore.
Its Been The Same Over 2 or 3 Months Now Maybe Longer, I'll Gain a bit and Lose but Its Always In The Low 370s Its Starting To Discourage Me.

maybe it's time to do something completely different (new work out routine, etc.) to shock your body into creating results again.

I have had hard time losing weight and once I did I gained it back. I am currently doing herbalife. It has kept me feeling great and best part i can still eat my favorite foods without guilt. Want to know more dont be afraid to ask!
One way to keep motivated is to write daily reminders on why you are working out and what you want to achieve.0 -

Have you adjusted your calories to your new, lower weight? I usually had to adjust mine about every 30 pounds or so, but some lucky people never have to. Good luck! You're going great.0 -

You should probably start tracking, just to see where you fall in terms of consumption. It's possible you're eating too much for your current weight, but it's also possible you're not eating enough.0 -

Logging in my food and exercise here helps me. Varying up your workout routine every so often helps too. Good luck on your journey.0

Like everyone's been saying, track your food intake. That's definitely what makes all the difference in seeing why your numbers aren't moving.

Aha! I think we've found the problem.
Please consider doing this. It truly holds the information you need to answer "what do I need to do to continue making progress?" In fact, if given a choice between someone A) not changing a thing but logging their food for six weeks and eating "healthier" but not logging, I'll go with A every time. That information forms a basis on which all subsequent decisions can be made. Without it, you're just guessing.
