stuck in a rut

So I have been following MFP for about a month. I have been, for the most part, sticking with the calorie goals (sometimes under but also sometimes over :) ). I have had a hard time incorporating exercise into my routine (work, twin boys). I have lost only 5 lbs. Would love to hear some inspiring and motivational stories!!!

    Sounds like you're on the right track to me. 5 lbs in a month sounds good to to me. That's pretty normal. Just keep going don't give up
  • I have been at MFP for longer than a month. I heard about this app a long time ago, and I have finally been taking it seriously (haha, for a month), and it works. I am just about at 10lbs lost. I have a job that requires shift work, two kids, and the whole 9 yards. I also picked up a fitbit flex, basically a smart pedometer that motivates me just to get off my *kitten* and move. So basically, the fitbit and this app have made a big difference for me.
