What did you eat for snacks today?

I have cakes. But only 3 pieces. :drinker:

    Blue Diamond "coffee almonds" (they're coated in barely sweetened powdered coffee -- just 40 calories in six almonds, but they really satisfied my snack craving) and coffee to drink with them.
    Then in the evening I had a bowl of raisin bran crunch with unsweetened soy and vanilla almond milk (because there wasn't much of the soy milk left), but that was more like the second course of my dinner than a true snack.

    cup of blueberry almond milk greek yogurt with a scoop of soy protein mixed in, and half a no-sugar-added dark chocolate bar. that's right. a whole half of one, dammit. it was gross but got the job done. next time i'll spend the few extra calories and eat real chocolate.

    Lets see:

    Trail Mix twice (almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, cashews, & peanuts)
    Hershey's Cookies & Cream bar (broke off 3 of the little squares and gave the rest to my husband and son)
    Red Velvet Cupcake
    Chocolate Cookie w/icing

    Today for snacks I had a Quest bar, trail mix (blueberries, cranberries, almonds, cashews, yogurt chips), and white toast with peanut butter and honey. It was a yummy day!

  • I like to eat a few dates or a handful of walnuts, maybe a banana, sometimes blueberries and apple pieces together. If I feel like eating something more unhealthy I have rice cakes with butter and jam but very rarely.

    I didn't have any snacks today. I knew I was going to have more calories for dinner than usual, so I needed to make up the deficit by cutting out the snacks.
