hope I'm not too late to join this! I realise I've missed about a third of the month, but really need to start working out now as just changing my food is not enough & I need to start working out! Off to the gym!

At last! Something to get me motivated again!! My exercise of choice is running but I really don't like running in the rain as it causes horrendous blisters! so I have kinda lost interest, any suggestions for other cardio that I don't have to go to the gym for? Im never one to pass up on a challenge so Im glad I came across this lol!

is there a group for this maybe someone should come up with a group?

I've not started a group before, although I'm in a couple of different ones. I just post the challenge every month. I'll have to look into that.

Never too late to join up, it will just be a little bit more of a challenge than you were looking for, but I post this every month because it continues to be a challenge for me every month. Good luck!

Welcome to the challenge! I think other exercises depends on equipment, etc. I like to do a variety. I have my bicycle on a bike trainer - cost about $80-$100 at Sports Academy - and when it was raining, I would actually bike in my garage with the garage door open so I could look out at nature and the other people out exercising in my neighborhood - weird but motivating and I didn't get wet. I always have to listen to music though - helps me a lot. I also love yoga - there are some good yoga videos out there. Good exercise videos in general. After I workout, I do 20 pushups from my knees - I have such a weak upper body. Anyway, I'm sure others will come along and have more suggestions.

I know this is late (almost mid-month), but I would like to join. I walk to work, so that covers some of the hours.

To the newcomers - never to late to join! A lot of people keep up with their workouts so even if you join mid-month, you probably have a pretty good idea of how much you've worked so the more the merrier.
