Fell off the band wagon

I was doing great about eating good and working out until about 2 months ago. I started eating crap because I wasn't feeling good about myself, which resulted on me gaining weight. Because of the weight gain, I felt even worse about myself. I have such a busy schedule resulting in me getting home late. Since I get home late, all I want to do when I get home is sit on my butt and relax. I know I will not lose any weight sitting on my butt doing nothing and eating junk food. So, today I started to become more productive. I decided to walk around the apple orchard picking apples. Of course, I decided to buy a blueberry pie while I was there. But, I decided to only have a small sliver of the pie. I had a pretty healthy dinner of a chicken thigh, cherry tomato, and an apple that I picked. But, I was a little under on calories. I ate a little over 1000 calories today. I set my calorie goal to 1500. I found if I eat at 1200 I feel hungry and rundown. But, I am trying hard to get back on the right track.

I am going through the exact same thing except I stopped for 4 months and went from 141 to 153. I do not know why I stopped, but I did. I'm at school all day and some days I don't get home til 7-8 pm. On these days specifically, I started waking up 40 mins earlier and I do 30 minutes of Zumba at home. I find that just the idea of going to a gym is hard so I purchased some workout equipment for my home such as training videos as well as a bike. The bike is great because whenever I feel like watching TV, I keep my hands busy by working out on the bike instead of eating. You can do it, it's all in your head. Good luck0
