Is anyone doing any cathe friedrich Dvds..and if so what are your results like?

    I am loving all of her stuff!!!! Just a minute ago I finished 2 hours of her step. I absolutely adore her. Once you learn the choreography (step is very complex) it is such fun!
    I will start Xtrain as soon as I finish with turbo fire and T25 that I am alternating at the moment. I love turbo and Kathe the most!!! I watched dvds for xtrain and, as always, she is pure perfection!!!!
