Hi,
I am Andrea and I am in the process of recovering from ED-NOS and I am looking for supportive friends to help me lose weight in a healthy and clean way. I believe I am very supportive, so if you give advice, you will most definitely receive some back.

I'm Annie! We're already friends on MFP, but I'm trying to recover from an eating disorder while still losing weight, and I would love to be a supportive friend! I need one, too0

Hey Andrea,
Honey I'm no expert but I think if you want to recover from an ED you need friends who will help you to GAIN weight not lose it: friends who will support you on your journey to a healthy BMI, so you're still slim but you're eating well and exercising and feel great about yourself.
Feel free to add me. All the best. x0 -

You posted this on the same day.Can someone recommend some cost-effective, nutritious and effective cleanses for me?
I'd appreciate it0 -
If your profile pic is current, there IS no healthy way for you to lose weight. Please stop trying to lose weight and switch your focus to becoming healthy, fit, and strong...in body and mind.
Best wishes...0 -
I just had a shower so guess I'm clean. Really though you don't need to lose, you need to gain. You are way too thin, you will get sick if you get thinner.0

Yes you're quite right, of course. I stand corrected! Actually I'm sitting down...0 -
If that's you in the picture the last thing you need is to lose weight or do a cleanse. Your ticker shows you being right around 100 lbs so I'd suggest you need to keep working on the eating disorder because you obviously still haven't got your mind in the right place.0

Anyone who supports you losing any more weight is NOT your friend! You need to step away from the computer and actually RECOVER.
Sorry, but your head is not in the right place if think you could lose more weight in a healthy manner.0 -

Hi there! Add me if you like, though I do not eat 100% clean... I'm a big fan of cake & ice cream in moderation! :-D But I'm supportive and positive and I'm on every day. I'd be happy to encourage you toward healthy choices.0

Hey Andrea. I have suffered from an eating disorder too (BED). How much weight do you want to lose? It seems like you are already very small, judging from your profile picture. Maybe you should evaluate why you want to lose weight.
I say this because if you are perceiving yourself as still 'needing' to lose weight, you may want to seek some help and consider options for recovery. If you perceive yourself as still being 'too fat' or 'not good enough', that is your eating disorder talking. If that's the case, continuing to lose weight will probably not be a good idea.
Anyway that's just a thought. Good luck with recovery and healthy eating! I also turned to healthy eating as part of my recovery. Add me if you like!0 -
