Does this sound ok?

I am trying to start a new routine for myself. I realized that I have been doing too much!
I have been doing P90X 6 days a week. Along with that, 2 days a week I go to the gym and run for 30 minutes and lift weights for an hour.
This has made me tired, crabby and extremely hungry!
I was doing P90X in the mornings and the running/lifting in the afternoons.
I like doing all of these things, but I know that I'm overdoing it a couple days a week.
Does this sound ok?
Monday- run for 30 minutes, then lifting
Tuesday- core synergistics
Wednesday- p90X legs and back, or shoulders and arms
thursay- KenpoX
Friday- run and lift
Saturda- elliptical

That sounds like a great plan. I try to tell my patients and clients that you can over train and end up with the mental symptoms you described. At least those are easier and quicker to fix than the physical problems. Your Saturday looks light (relative term) which as good and it is good that you are taking Sunday off. I tell all my patients and clients to really go 5.5 days. The half day is like your Saturday where you do exercise but it is not as intense as your other days.0
