Wow it worked, Lost 2lbs in less than 2 months. feel great. Now i will check in every day after weighing in to make sure i stay that way, was easy really. diet and excersise, no pills or gimmcks like what you see advert. Just walk, ride bike eat fruits, small amount of Red meat. fish is good, rice, barley, brown etc. anyway. Holidays coming Thats always hard. So i am going to challenge my self to see if i can stay at this level. Ill keep ya posted. anybody else?.
