Ditching midnight eating, support needed!

Hey! My midnight eating habits have seriously gone over the top. It's affected my day, the way I feel, what I eat. I'm planning to stop eating after 8-9 pm, (unless it's absolutely unavoidable) just so that I'll feel better in the morning and I eat more during the day. Any supporters? :)

    Yea I need to ditch midnight eating as well. It either comes from boredom and stress. I have not been able to quit this, have to find a way. Eating well during the day and ruining it at night.

    You could just save some kcals to eat at night.
