Hi,
I have a smoothie every morning (made myself with fruit) it always takes me over my sugar allowance. How bad is this for you?

Most fruits are great for you all the time You can look up their Glycemic Index values and make sure to choose those that don't spike blood sugar if you like. The calories are still calories, so count that like you would anything else.0

Vegetables are better than fruit, half a cup of broccoli is a way better nutritional intake than one apple with 1/4 the carbs and calories and a lot more micronutrients like minerals, vitamins and amino acids.0
