Well, I am so proud to finally say I have hit one of my biggest achievements-losing 40 lbs and now making my grand entrance into "onederland".
I still have some work left to do but I am more motivated now than ever before. My final goal is another 30 pounds but my next goal is the 50 pound weight loss mark since I promised myself I would get a massage to celebrate my hard work--I am really looking forward to this.

Stats:
S.W: 239
Height: 5'10"

C.W: 198

Goal weight: 170-165

    Great job! I'm right around your starting weight now. I'm 2 inches shorter, but it's great to see how significant a 40 pound loss looks! I can't wait to reach the 190s again. I have the same goal weight, as well. Fantastic job, thanks for sharing.

    I'm almost there myself. I started out at 239 (235lbs when I joined MFP) and right now I'm at 201. I'll be in onderland soon!
