Last year I lost 20 lbs on MFP then went off the wagon and gained 16 back  so tomorrow starting again.
I need help I forgot how to figure out how many calories I should be eating to lose 1lb a week. My TDEE is 1813 and my BMR is 1510, can anyone tell me how to figure it out? and what the %'s should be for Carbs, Protein and Fat. Thanks for the help!

My personal experience is that I can not stop eating at a deficit, otherwise my weight starts to increase. MFP tool is great help.
Good luck in your journey0 -
Give yourself props for starting over at a lower weight than you originally started at!
Our bodies like to maintain a "set-point", so they rebel... I know that even after I loose the weight I want to, I'll have to work really hard to stay their until my body agrees to the new "set-point" I want it to have. Good luck, and remember how much better you will feel in your own skin!0
