What are some workouts you did during pregnancy?

I think "traditional wisdom" is that you can continue to do whatever it is you were already doing before you got pregnant, but not to start any new programs. I know at some point you'll have to modify certain lifts because you can't be flat on your back, and you won't want to strain your back. I think some doctors also recommend that you monitor your heart rate and not push it to a max or anything. There's tons of pregnancy workout DVDs out there and magazines dedicated to it. I'd definitely talk to your doctor about it as well. Some are more "progressive", and others basically want you to live in a bubble.0

I did Walk Away the Pounds dvds until I was 7 months. This helped me cause I am severely obese, I only gained 15 lbs. and my BP and blood sugar stayed good while pregnant. My doctor was pleased0
