:flowerforyou: hi, I am going to send you a friend request so I can help you with encouragement & support! that is what this site is all about! I would suggest eating heavy in protein, fresh veggies, fresh fruit & lots of water! also, daily exercise is very important! even if it just starts out as a walk & work your way up!0

In my opinion a diet is something you do to loose a few pounds so you can get into that dress for the dance or the jeans to go roller skating in. So anything else I consider it to be all about a lifestyle change regarding food and nutrition. We all need to be healthier.
The only dieting you should do is to get your caloric intake down to a minimum of 2,000 calories a day. You should be able to lose weight after that. A 2,000 calorie diet allows you to have per day: 65 g of fat, 2,400 mg of sodium, 300 g of carbohydrates, 25 g of fiber, 50 g of protein, and 20 g of cholesterol.
One of the best ways to begin a new lifestyle with food and nutrition is to plan your menus every week and eat the same menu items every week(centered around the 2,000 calorie level.. That way there will be no "yo-yo" dieting.0 -
Have you tried claiming against the insurance that Secret Diet Drops Ltd are always going on about having? They made you sick, that's got to be worth some compensation.0
