Excercises for Men over 300lbs?

Well i weight about 302 lbs when i checked the scale this morning and i have a list of things that i would like someone to assist me in, seeing how i've seen soo many different answers on the internet

>When is the best time to weigh yourself
>What kind of workouts should i do at 302lbs
>Any working "Diets" that actually aid in weight loss
>Should i just be walking and/or weight training?
>What workout routine should i try to do when i'm at the gym, i can never figure out a good one.

    - First thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom, and naked.

    - No stress on the joints, do whatever gets your heart rate up

    - Calories restriction

    - Both

    - 30 mins cardo, 30 mins weights focusing on upper body vs lower body 3+ times a week
